Kismet Coffee & Kismet Curated share one roof in downtown Litchfield — coffee bar during the day, cocktail lounge in the evening— and we're looking for a Line Cook to hold down the evening kitchen shift. If you like a controlled pace, clear tickets, and taking pride in plates that go out clean and on time, this is a good fit. What you'll do: - Prep and cook small plates and shareable dishes to spec - Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized through service - Read tickets and manage timing alongside the rest of the kitchen - Follow food safety and sanitation practices - Help with closing duties — breakdown, cleaning, restocking for the next day - Communicate with front-of-house staff when items are running or need attention What we're looking for: - Someone calm under pressure who shows up on time, every time - Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for a full shift - Prior kitchen experience helpful but not required — we'll train the right person - Available evenings, including weekends This is a part-time position, 5:30pm–10:00pm, paying $17/hr.
